This team can be better at a few spots on the field and with today’s notebook, I look to the top of the free agent class and ask the simple question: Why not look at Michael Bourn?
An injury-shortened roster has overexposed the team’s depth, the bullpen has been hit-and-miss, and the offense has sputtered with runners in scoring position.
Since being only 3 games under .500 and sniffing the top of the division the Kansas City Royals have done nothing but struggle.
