The St. Louis Cardinals finally made their most-anticipated decision of their 2013 spring training camp Monday when they announced Shelby Miller would be the team’s fifth starter to start the regular season.
For most of the last quarter of a century, the Kansas City Royals have done something more difficult than achieving success…they’ve avoided it completely.
It’s likely the Royals will not make any big signings or trades by Spring Training. Some fans may not like it, but it may be the best decision.
