KANSAS CITY, MO (June 27, 2013) – The Kansas City Royals are partnering with the Kansas City Power and Light District to host a Royals Watch Party presented by Miller Lite on Saturday, June 29.  The Royals take on the Minnesota Twins at Target Field with first pitch scheduled for 3:10 p.m.  The game will not be televised by FOX Sports Kansas City, so the watch party offers a great opportunity to catch the Royals in a special Saturday matinee.  The viewing party, which is free for all fans, will be held at KC Live! in the Kansas City Power and Light District in downtown Kansas City with the game displayed on the area’s 192-square foot videoboard.

The party begins at 2 p.m. with entertainment and contests.  The festivities will feature fun for Royals fans of all ages and great prizes, including Royals gear and autographed items.  Members of the K Crew and Sluggerrr will also be on hand for the family-friendly event.  Please note that all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking is available in the KC Live! Garage, located at 13th St. and Grand Blvd., for just $2.  For more information, please visit
